I found an interesting site I had to share, I have previously stated that being overweight is not a bad thing but obesity is poor fr the health of the person in question and is a burden on their family, friends, and the whole community in general. If you find yourself in that group please take care and skip that pizza tonight and remember that McDonald’s is not a good replacement.
